  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 3/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream (or more coconut milk for dairy free)
  • 1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup powdered Swerve Sweetener more if you like it sweeter or sweetener of choice
  • 1/4 cup collagen peptides
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 cups ice
